Team Italy Shines at VMXdN Foxhill — Proudly Hosted by SC Sporthomes

This past weekend, the iconic Foxhill Moto Park once again played host to the legendary VMXdN, welcoming top-tier international talent from around the world. One of the standout performances came from Team Italy, who delivered a phenomenal effort to finish 2nd overall in the International Team category — tied on points with Team USA and only narrowly missing out on the top spot via tiebreaker.

We were proud to play a small part in their journey, as SC Sporthomes provided the hospitality base for the Italian riders throughout the weekend.


Rider Results


🏁 Davide Philippaerts (#122) – 2nd overallAn incredible showing with moto finishes of 3rd, 2nd, 2nd, and 4th, showcasing the former world champion’s trademark consistency and grit.


🏁 Ivo Monticelli (#123) – 5th overallDelivered strong results across the board with 5th, 5th, 4th, and 7th place finishes — a rock-solid contribution to the team’s overall podium position.


🏁 Alessio Chiodi (#121) – 17th overallThe three-time 125cc World Champion showed his veteran spirit with finishes of 12th, 10th, 8th, and a DNF — still playing a crucial part in securing valuable team points.


Comfort Meets Competition


Throughout the weekend, the team used our SC Sporthome as their base — offering a place to regroup, recharge, and plan their motos in comfort. Whether it was post-race recovery or pre-race focus, our vehicle proved once again why it’s the go-to choice for international riders looking for top-tier support on UK soil.
