This season, Shaun Copeman proved that age is just a number — and determination is everything — as he tackled the brutal world of the 2025 British Extreme Enduro Championship.
Taking on some of the UK’s most unforgiving terrain, Shaun competed in the Over 50s category, lining up alongside some of the country’s toughest veterans. And despite being the oldest competitor in the class, he powered through the season with grit, consistency, and more than a few battered body panels.
The Journey
From freezing mud-fests to technical rock gardens, Shaun threw himself into every round with one goal: to finish what he started. And he did just that — pushing through every challenge to end the season with a well-earned 9th place overall in the Over 50s standings.
More Than Just Results
For Shaun, this wasn’t about silverware — it was about testing limits, learning new disciplines, and proving to himself (and everyone else) that it’s never too late to embrace a fresh challenge.
His journey also gave the SC Sporthomes team a unique insight into the needs of riders competing in extreme off-road events — from recovery space to on-site prep — and how our vehicles can support them better than ever.
